SETH RICH, Realty Executives

Seth Rich is the founder and owner of Invest in AZ Properties.  With over 20 years of finance experience, Seth lends a fresh approach to the residential real estate investment community.  The exceptional analysis he provides eases the mind of both new and experienced investors. Seth holds an undergraduate degree (BA) from the University of California, Los Angeles, in psychology and business.  In addition, he holds his graduate degree (MBA) at Purdue University, in finance and strategic management.  Seth and his family live in Scottsdale, Arizona.  He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing and playing softball.  He is a member of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Scottsdale Association of Realtors (SARS) and is e-Pro certified. 

ROBERT NEIL, Realty Executives

Bob Neil has worked in commercial real estate brokerage in Arizona for over 25 years. His specialties include investment properties in the office and industrial components of the market.  Bob has worked at two of the major commercial brokerage firms and has had his own company for many years. He is also experienced in Section 1031 Exchanges.  Bob has a degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and a CCIM designation.   Bob lives in Scottsdale, Arizona but works the entire Phoenix metro area. He is married, with grown children, and enjoys traveling and his job.

SCOTT GIBSON, Re/Max

A native Arizonan, Scott Gibson has worked in the Arizona Real Estate market since 1991. Focusing his career in Residential Property Management and Investment Sales has provided a continuous level of hands on training.   For several years he was directly responsible for the day to day operations for over 2,200 multi-family units and 4 major shopping center locations. Scott personally supervised large capital improvements and apartment remodels in excess of $75 million.  In 2001, he focused on investment properties, from single family homes to apartment communities with 100 units and less.  Continuing education in the ARM, CAM, CPM and CRIR designations add a final complement to his extensive experience.  Since 2003 Scott has enjoyed teaching and speaking publicly about the advantages of Real Estate Investing & Management. An experienced investor himself, Scott finds the time to spend with his family and participates endurance events such as marathons, mountain biking and mountaineering. Scott is active in and regularly contributes to the Phoenix Art community and to the Phoenix Zoo. He is also a member of the Phoenix Men’s Arts Council.
