SETH RICH, Realty Executives

Seth Rich is the founder and owner of Invest in AZ Properties. With over 20 years of finance experience, Seth lends a fresh approach to the residential real estate investment community. The exceptional analysis he provides eases the mind of both new and experienced investors. Seth holds an undergraduate degree (BA) from the University of California, Los Angeles, in psychology and business. In addition, he holds his graduate degree (MBA) at Purdue University, in finance and strategic management. Seth and his family live in Scottsdale, Arizona. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, fishing and playing softball. He is a member of both the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Scottsdale Association of Realtors (SARS) and is e-Pro certified.

LEON GAVARTIN, Associate Broker, Phoenician Properties

Leon Gavartin is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of extensive experience in business operations, development, marketing, management and sales. He has held various ownership and management positions that include CEO, President and COO for various companies. Always having a passion for investing in real estate, Leon became a licensed Realtor in November of 2006 and became an licensed Broker in February 2010.
In January 2008 he started Bank Owned Property AZ (BOPAZ); the first and only free search engine for bank owned property in the state of Arizona. In June of 2009, BOP Auction Services was born out of the growing need of BOPAZ’s investor clientele. Leon served as the COO of both companies; overseeing all business operations and managing personnel. Leon’s previous business experience includes owning and operating one of the Midwest’s largest furniture import and distribution companies, of which he started at age 22 and grew to more than $7 Million dollars in annual sales. Additionally, Leon owned a successful furniture retail store and did a joint venture with a Chinese manufacturer where Leon designed furniture for worldwide distribution.
Leon is a graduate of Northwood University with dual Majors in Management and Marketing. In his personal time, Leon enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, coaching his son’s football team, being active with the Dad’s club at his children’s school and playing golf. Leon was born in Riga, Latvia and speaks Russian fluently.
